Catherine spent over 35 years working in the IT industry, 28 of those with IBM where she operated within international teams in a multi-cultural and inclusive environment.
Soon after she started playing squash at the age of 22, she was involved as a volunteer in her club and from there sat in different executive roles at local, then regional and eventually national level in France.
She is the former Vice-President of French Squash Federation and a member of its Executive Committee since 2008.
Catherine was elected on to the ESF Board in 2022. She is the Chair of the Refereeing Committee and a member of the Gender Equality, Inclusivity and Diversity Committee.
